Shipping and Return Policies:
We provide as much information as possible to describe each bag. Please ask as many questions as possible before you make your purchase. All of our bags are gauranteed authentic, new and never used. We believe in giving customers the opportuntiy to return the bag(s) if they are not completely satisfied. We offer a money back gaurantee policy, less shipping and handling charges . Customers MUST contact Bella Bolsa within 24 hours upon receipt of the bag(s) by email (customerservice@bellabolsa.com). We Must receive the bag(s) within 7 days from the day of contact, and a tracking number MUST be provided once it's been shipped. We strongly recommend insurance for the full value of the package. All of the following items MUST be included or the bag will be sent back without a refund:
We will NOT accept returns after 7 days and we will NOT issue a refund. If the package was sent without insurance and the package gets lost or stolen or if it is damaged in the mail process, we will not issue a refund. The customer is FULLY responsible for this package and must contact their local post office for resolution. Shipping Policies:
For international shipping we charge a flat rate of $75.00 per bag and each additional bag will incrue an extra charge of $45.00. Customers will also be charged insurance for the FULL value of package. NO EXCEPTIONS. All packages will be fully insured and will be shipped through Global Express via United States Postal Service. All international customers are responsible for customs fees and taxes for their countries. We will NOT undervalue the declared amount.
